The user sits in the bicycle seat and turns the pedals towards the bike in any direction he prefers.

The bike exercises the waist, legs, abdominal, arms and shoulders.

To strengthen the legs, the user presses the pedals and holds the handles and makes up and down movements with the legs.

It exercises and improve the wellbeing of the leg muscles.
